Mission
Information about a building muscle is scattered, complicated, hidden behind paywalls, newsletters and complicated websites.
Yet getting jacked is simple and will change your life. Training must not be complicated or require a lot of time or commitment – all it takes is 5 minutes a day, consistently applied over time, with no or minimal equipment, to reap most of the benefits. Truly anyone can do it, given the right exercises and guidance.
This website will explain in a straightforward step-approach how you can build an aesthetic, muscular physique and scale the training to your needs.
After getting approached regularly how I built my physique, I realized that there is a need for a simple one-stop site that just explains what works. Let’s embark on this journey together and get stronger together!
Why get strong?
Getting physically strong is the best and easiest lifehack known to man, as the benefits carry over to all areas of life.
Unmatched Training Efficiency – Most of the benefits described here can be reaped starting within the first three months of training consistently.
Hypertrophic (muscle growth) training is the most bang-for-your-buck type of sports out there. Minimal time and money invested will lead to impressive results, thanks to the fact that muscles grow not during training, but during rest. Short, intensive training followed by rest with the right nutrition, will grow significant amounts of muscle over time. This is why this type of training is most popular with people who are busy yet want to get impressive results.
Looks, Identity and Personal Branding
You will not need to explain that you are a badass if you obviously look like one.
Muscle is cool. A muscular person is perceived differently – someone who can protect, fight, work. Do hard things. Is disciplined. Getting physically strong changes who you are, and how you are treated. Men and women will respect and desire you differently. All kinds of people will suddenly treat you more politely. Personal safety is enhanced, too – muscularity and confidence have been shown to be crime deterrents in several studies. The main reason Batman, Superman or Son Goku look cool to us is that they got the right amount of muscle in the right places.
Feel
You will feel very differently with muscle – better blood flow, more energy, attention, motivation, discipline. Easier to push yourself through hardship. You will generally feel more confident and able. Most of the time you will just feel great and healthy being in your own skin, a feeling you will not want to miss again.
The training itself feels GREAT too.
You will feel like a warrior pushing yourself to failure. The “pump”, which comes from increased blood flow to muscles, feels fantastic too – your whole body feels alive, strong and pulsating with power.
Health, Longevity, Daily Life
Regular strength training has shown to increase life expectancy, risk of chronic or heart diseases and depression. Bones will grow stronger and thicker. You may naturally find to gravitate to healthier food and avoid alcohol, as your body wants to avoid drag.
Physical strength is also useful in daily life, be it carrying groceries, re-arranging furniture, climbing stairs, sprinting for a train or staring at a computer screen for hours (with a strong neck).
